By accessing or using NeuralStock at neuralstock.app (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

NeuralStock is an AI-powered stock market research platform that provides stock price data, directional predictions generated by algorithmic models, bull/bear analysis, financial news, and a paper-trading simulator. All content is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

Not financial advice. Nothing on NeuralStock constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Predictions are algorithmic estimates and may be incorrect. Past model accuracy does not guarantee future results. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using NeuralStock you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent.

4. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
  • Scrape, copy, redistribute, or resell any data or content from the Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.

6. Paper Trading

The paper-trading wallet feature uses simulated funds only. No real money is involved. Simulated returns do not reflect actual investment results. We reserve the right to reset, modify, or discontinue the paper-trading feature at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on NeuralStock — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, prediction model outputs, and software — is the property of NeuralStock or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Content and Links

The Service displays financial news and data sourced from third-party providers including Finnhub. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party content. Links to external sites are provided for convenience only.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. MARKET DATA MAY BE DELAYED AND IS NOT GUARANTEED TO BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEURALSTOCK AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES RESULTING FROM RELIANCE ON INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NeuralStock and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at help@neuralstock.app.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
